Kathleen Van Rompay

Kathleen Van Rompay is the Director of Loan Distribution and Head of the Early Career Group in Capital Markets & Advisory at ING Belgium. With a strong foundation in economics, they hold a Bachelor and a Master in Applied Economics from Katholieke Universiteit Brussel and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, respectively, alongside a CFA level I certification. Their extensive experience includes roles at ING in various capacities such as Analyst in Corporate Finance, Director of Acquisition Finance BeLux, and Vice President of Corporate Finance. Kathleen previously gained valuable experience through internships at AIG Europe and Galia Finance in Brazil, as well as serving as a Project Manager for Flanders Investment & Trade.
