Katie Hile

Katie Hile is the current Head of Communications for the UK and Middle East at ING, where they lead strategic initiatives in media relations, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement. With a strong foundation in government communications and journalism, Katie has excelled in storytelling and advising on complex issues. Previously, as the Director of External Communications at ING, they developed impactful narratives and enhanced brand awareness. Katie has also held roles at the BBC, including Broadcast Journalist and Producer, and served as Head of Economy and Public Spending Communications at HM Treasury. They hold a First-Class Honours degree in Management, Economics and Business from the University of Nottingham.
