Katrin Drumm

Katrin Drumm is a seasoned professional in the data management and transaction services sectors, currently serving as the Global Head of Data Delivery and Data Products and Chief Data Officer for Global Retail at ING since June 2021. Katrin has a robust background, having been the Chief Data Officer and Data Lead at ING Deutschland from October 2015, and held senior roles at KPMG and Ernst & Young, where responsibilities included M&A, post-merger integration, and project management. Katrin began a career in auditing at Ernst & Young LLP in New York City, focusing on client relations with German clients, and holds a Diplom Betriebswirt degree in business administration from Fachhochschule Wiesbaden. Additional education includes a brief tenure at Sheffield Hallam University.
