Kerrie Wells

Kerrie Wells has extensive experience in compliance and human resources, currently serving as Vice President, Compliance Conduct & Ethics Officer at ING since February 2010, with a range of previous roles in compliance and HR at the same organization. In 2024, Kerrie held a secondment as Senior Associate in Trading Policy at the Financial Conduct Authority. Previous experience includes HR roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., UBS, and Chase de Vere, where responsibilities evolved from HR Assistant to HR Advisor. Kerrie holds a Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance from the International Compliance Association and furthered education at The University of Manchester from 2013 to 2015.
