Kim Beijer

Kim Beijer is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Global Head Wellbeing at ING, with previous roles including Global Head of Performance Management and Senior Global HR Business Partner. With a focus on change management, talent management, and performance improvement, Kim has a track record of leading teams and driving HR initiatives within wholesale banking. Prior experience includes a role as an HR Management Consultant at Mercuri Urval and a Tax Lawyer in Mergers & Acquisitions at Deloitte Nederland. Kim holds multiple law degrees from Leiden University and the Universiteit van Amsterdam.
