Koen Holtring

Koen Holtring is the Manager of International and Regulatory Affairs Wholesale at ING, a position held since 2017. Prior to this, Koen served as a Principal at De Nederlandsche Bank from 2009 to 2016, where responsibilities included managing high-profile projects related to fintech and representing the organization in international forums. Koen also held leadership roles in the department overseeing insurance and pension fund statistics and worked as an International Business Advisor with the Ministry of Economic Affairs from 2005 to 2009. Koen's academic background includes a Master of Laws from Leiden University and additional studies in international economics and finance.
