Lajos Tanczos

Lajos Tanczos is an IT Manager and Project Manager currently serving as the Agile Chapter Lead at ING, where they manage various activities for the Global Competence Center for SWIFT processing. They have extensive banking and IT experience, focusing on international and domestic payments, project management methodologies, and systems development. Prior to their current role, Lajos held positions as Program Manager at ING and Vice President at The Bank of New York Mellon, overseeing multinational teams and global projects. Lajos earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and System Analysis from Budapest Business School and a Master’s degree in Finance from Corvinus University of Budapest.
