Lara Dinc

Lara Dinc is an HR Trainee in the International Talent Program at ING, actively participating in rotations within the bank since April 2023. Previous roles during the program include HR Business Partner for the Americas, and positions in Global HR with a focus on Wholesale Banking, Strategy, and Analytics. Prior to ING, Lara worked at McKinsey & Company in recruiting, and held various positions in organizations like AIESEC and Erasmus Student Network, where responsibilities included managing treasurer duties and human resources tasks. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University.
