Lee Henderson

Lee Henderson is an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in regulatory reporting and operational change management, currently working at ING since August 2021 on the SFTR remediation project within the Regulatory Reporting team. Previously, Lee held key positions at Norinchukin Bank as a Lead Business Analyst, where successful delivery of the SFTR reporting solution was achieved, and at HSBC, contributing to the SFTR Target Operating Model. Earlier roles at Barclays Capital included serving as VP-Head of Triparty Repo Settlements and Structured Settlements, where significant team management and operational improvements were made. Lee’s career started at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, leading fixed income securities settlements and collateral management efforts.
