Lena Englander

Lena Englander is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility at ING, where they lead recruitment efforts and ensure operational efficiency while enhancing employee and candidate experiences. Previously, Lena held various roles in recruitment and project management, including Global Operations Manager for GSK Global Procurement at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions and Recruitment Manager at RHEA Group. Lena also founded their own consultancy, focusing on coaching and mentoring individuals globally. With a background in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Surrey, Lena has consistently demonstrated expertise in client relations, team management, and project implementation throughout their career.
