Leon Maijenburg

Leon Maijenburg is currently the Chapter Lead for Data Governance at ING. With extensive experience in finance and data management, they previously held significant roles at NN, including Head of Control & Operations and Finance Business & Process Management. Leon has also served as the Regional CFO at ING Insurance Central and Rest of Europe, overseeing finance functions across multiple countries. They have demonstrated expertise in project management, particularly in Solvency II reporting and data quality processes, and have contributed to various financial management teams throughout their career.
