Lieke van Geelen

Lieke van Geelen is a passionate and critical-minded professional specializing in employer branding, culture and engagement, and community building within the tech industry. They currently serve as a Product Owner of Global Tech Employer Branding and Communications at ING, where they manage relationships with global partners and activate the internal tech community. Previously, Lieke was recognized as an Entrepreneur/Innovation Bootcamp Finalist at ING for their innovative solutions in employee retention. They also have experience in talent acquisition and legal support, exemplified by their role as Campus Recruitment Expert for the ING International Talent Programme. Lieke holds a degree from the University of Amsterdam.
