Loredana Lenghel

Loredana Lenghel is an experienced professional specializing in risk culture and behavioral risk, currently working at ING since November 2021. Prior to this role, Loredana held positions at FedEx in talent and performance from February 2021 to November 2021, and at COFRA Holding AG from September 2017 to February 2021, where a series of promotions were achieved due to excellent performance in learning and development. Loredana's early career included a global HR internship that transitioned into a full-time role, as well as research roles at the University of Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Loredana holds a Master’s Degree in Research in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from University College Utrecht.
