Lotte Bons

Lotte Bons is an accomplished professional with experience in data management and banking. Currently serving as the CoE Data Management Lead at ING, Lotte oversees the Data Management team, focusing on Data Governance, Data Protection, and Data Quality. Previous roles at ING include Data Management Expert, managing the Global Data function, and Data Analyst, conducting SQL analysis and marketing evaluations. Lotte has also worked as a Banking Advisor at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and held various positions in research and community service, such as Research Coordinator and Treasurer. Lotte holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics and Data Science and two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Pedagogical Sciences, all from the University of Groningen.
