Lucy Shenton is currently the Head of Transformation and New Banking Platform at ING Belgium and a member of the Executive Committee. With extensive experience in the banking sector, Lucy serves as the Global Head of Retail Change & Transformation at ING, guiding transformation initiatives across all retail operations. Prior to these roles, Lucy worked as a Consultant to Partner at McKinsey & Company, focusing on technology strategy for banking clients across Europe. Lucy also has experience in software development, having worked at EngineeredArts writing code for humanoid robots, and teaching English in China. Lucy holds a Master's Degree from the University of Oxford.
