Lukasz Adamczyk

Lukasz Adamczyk is currently the Head of Process, Product & IT at ING Commercial Finance. With prior experience as a Senior Project Manager at mBank S.A., they managed banking products and services while overseeing multiple project implementations. Their role at ING involved working with startups and fintechs to drive product vision and strategy. Lukasz also holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Lodz and is pursuing postgraduate studies in Corporate IT management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, in addition to participating in the Cyber Security for Business Leaders Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
