Luxman Logathasan

Customer Journey Expert - WB Cash Management

Luxman Logathasan is a seasoned professional in cash management and client servicing, currently serving as a Customer Journey Expert for WB Cash Management at ING since February 2016. In this role, Luxman oversees the management of systems, services, and channels related to Virtual Bank Accounts, Nordic Re-Account Service, and Physical Cash Pooling. Previous experience includes functions as a Global Process Lead focusing on business incidents and as an Account Manager for Corporate Clients, specializing in payment and cash management. Prior to ING, Luxman gained international experience as an Intern Financial Consultant at Montpelier China, where expertise in wealth management was provided to enhance client portfolios. Education includes a Master of Science in Management Studies in Digital Business from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Control from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Luxman holds an HSK Level 2 certificate in Mandarin Chinese.
