Madelein Speth

Madelein Speth is the Vice President of Technology, Media, Telecom (TMT) and Healthcare Finance at ING, having been promoted from an Associate position in early 2021. Prior to this role, Madelein worked as an Analyst in Corporate Banking at ING, where they contributed to relationship management and strategic projects. Madelein gained experience as a Data Analysis Assistant at UNIL - Université de Lausanne, focusing on a government-funded PhD project, and served as a sector analyst for Trinity Student Managed Fund, Europe’s first entirely student-led investment fund. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Finance from Trinity College Dublin and a double degree in Business Administration from Dublin Business School.
