Magdalena Bilo

Magdalena Bilo is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on global talent acquisition and performance management. Currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner Risk at ING since February 2018, Bilo has held multiple significant roles, including Business Manager to the Senior HR Director for CSD and Performance Management Consultant. Key contributions include developing global leadership programs, implementing a competency framework, and refining global recruitment strategies for Data Scientists.
