Magdalena Wilk

Magdalena Wilk is a Senior UX Expert at ING since December 2021, having previously served as a UX Expert and a Product Owner at ING Bank Śląski from June 2017 to November 2021 and June 2016 to June 2017 respectively. In these roles, Magdalena has demonstrated expertise in providing business leadership for scrum teams and ensuring the delivery of maximum value through effective backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-system coherence. Prior to these positions, Magdalena worked as a Junior Product Manager and Corporate Client Advisor at ING Bank Śląski from January 2012 to May 2016. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Filologia polska from the University of Silesia in Katowice and a study period at the Università degli Studi di Genova.
