Maj Dizon

Maj Dizon is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent development and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner at ING since January 2017, Maj has held various roles, including HR Business Partner for ING Hubs in Slovakia and the Philippines, as well as Head of Talent & Learning for ING Hubs Philippines. Prior to joining ING, Maj spent nearly nine years at Accenture, where responsibilities included HR Learning & Talent Development Manager, Change Manager, and Program Manager for HR Capability Development. Notable accomplishments include enabling over 500 Business Advisors to achieve significant client value targets and piloting successful learning and change management initiatives impacting tens of thousands of employees. Maj holds a Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management and Development from Ateneo de Manila University and a BS in Psychology focused on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Assumption College.
