Mandy Brouwer

Mandy Brouwer is a purpose-driven and ambitious leader in human capital, currently serving as a Global Program Manager and HR Business Partner at ING, where they focus on employee wellbeing strategies for 60,000 employees across more than 30 countries. They founded the Job Crafting Academy and have held various leadership and advisory roles throughout their career, including serving as a Board Member for the Landelijk Congres der Bestuurskunde and a Member of the Advisory Board for the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Personeelsmanagement & Organisatieontwikkeling. Mandy's educational background includes a Master of Science in Organization, Change, and Management from Utrecht University and ongoing doctoral studies in Organizational Behavior and Strategic HRM.
