Manuel Balmeo

Manuel Balmeo is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data engineering and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer & Analyst at ING since June 2022, Manuel contributes to the migration and implementation of public cloud infrastructures and develops analytics dashboards while ensuring compliance with EU risk and security standards. During time at iScale Solutions, valuable work included creating Jupyter notebooks for data quality assurance and contributing to data pipeline development. Prior experience at Aarki involved significant contributions as a Data Analyst, including managing advertising operations and developing scripts that streamlined data processing and A/B testing. Manuel began a career in data analytics with an internship at the Department of Science and Technology. Educationally, Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics, Computational Physics from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
