Marcel Kramer is a transformation-oriented senior data and tech leader with over 20 years of experience in Banking IT and Operations. Currently serving as the Tribe Lead for Granular Reporting and CDO Finance at ING, Marcel has also contributed to the Tech Advisory Board of Transactie Monitoring Nederland, representing ABN AMRO. Previously, Marcel held various leadership roles at ABN AMRO, including Program Director of Generative AI and IT Change Manager for ALM, Cost Accounting, and Control. Marcel holds a Master's degree in Information Science from the University of Amsterdam.
