Marcin Kolasa

Marcin Kolasa is a globally experienced leader currently serving as the Data Science Lead at ING Group, where they focus on retail credit risk data science. Previously, they held the position of Head of Data Analytics at Standard Chartered Bank, managing global risk data insights and analytics. Throughout their career, Marcin has also been the Head of Data and Business Intelligence at Credit Suisse and the Global Data and Information Management Director at JLL, leading various data intelligence projects. Marcin’s educational background includes a degree in Statistics from the University of Warsaw and a certificate in Machine Learning in Business from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
