Marcin Pakulnicki

Marcin Pakulnicki is an experienced engineering director and senior technology leader currently serving as the Head of IT Native Mobile Banking Platform at ING Bank, where they oversee the development of ING’s Mobile Banking platform and the operational management of banking apps across multiple countries. From 2016 to 2019, Marcin held various roles at ING, focusing on software engineering and project management. Prior to that, they worked as a senior software developer at Ordina, building high-volume applications for notable clients including Philips and ING Bank. Marcin earned a Master’s Degree in Media Technology from Universiteit Leiden, completing their studies in 2008.
