Maria Burova

Maria Burova currently serves as the Head of Tax at ING, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this role, Maria worked as an International Tax Planning Manager at Alfa-Bank from 2014 to 2018 and held various positions, including Senior Tax Manager at Sberbank CIB and Senior Associate at PwC UK. Maria began their career as a Senior Tax Consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers from 2005 to 2009 and later became the Head of Tax at BNP Paribas Vostok from 2009 to 2012. They earned a Specialist Diploma with honors in Accounting, Audit, and Analysis from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in 2005.
