Maria Chatziastrou

Maria Chatziastrou is a seasoned talent, learning, and DEI consultant at ING, with over 10 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, and Training. They have held various roles, including Global Learning Specialist at Philips, where they managed extensive learning programs for new employees and organized numerous global training sessions. Maria has also worked as a Learning Professional in primary schools, focusing on innovative educational methods for students with special needs, and contributed as a Mentoring Project Manager at AIESEC in Greece. They hold a BA in Educational and Social Policy from the University of Macedonia and a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management from Rome Business School, alongside a PMP certification.
