Maria Ermolova

Maria Ermolova is a Senior Model Validator at ING, leveraging over six years of experience in the financial and banking industry to build and validate predictive models. Previously, they served as a Chief Economist and Consultant at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, where they contributed to advanced risk model improvements and automation projects recognized by major institutions. Maria has been a Research Fellow at the National Research University — Higher School of Economics, delivering numerous publications and reports on banking regulation. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Higher School of Economics, along with postgraduate studies in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics.
