Mariana Stanescu is an experienced professional in product management and Agile methodologies, currently serving as a Product Area Lead for Customer Identity and Access Management within the Touchpoint Platform at ING since August 2018. Previously, Mariana worked as an Agile IT Consultant at Qualogy and held positions at Aegon Netherlands as an Agile Senior Business Analyst focused on SAFe implementation, Deutsche Bank as a Functional IT Business Analyst/Scrum Master/Product Owner Proxy, and ING Bank N.V. in various analytical and leadership capacities. Mariana's career began in administrative management at Prym Fashion Romania, complemented by a strong educational foundation, including a Master in Financial Audit and Counseling and a Diploma in Economy from ASE Bucharest.
