Maribel Tejada

Maribel Tejada is a seasoned Risk Management leader with over 15 years of international experience in advanced analytics and model risk management across various sectors. Currently, they serve as the Head of Model Risk Oversight at ING, where they shape the long-term vision and strategy for model risk management. Previously, as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, Maribel provided strategic advice to leading banks and implemented robust frameworks for model risk. They hold an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico. Maribel is fluent in Spanish, English, and French and is recognized for their ability to foster a strong risk culture.
