Mark Kessenich

Mark Kessenich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in monitoring and IT service management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant Monitoring at ING since November 2014, Mark focuses on making complex monitoring technologies consumable for over 400 DevOps teams using a community-driven maturity model, covering various monitoring aspects such as infrastructure and business value chains. Previously, Mark held roles as a Monitoring Specialist at Devoteam and IBM, where responsibilities included migrating monitoring systems and maintaining compliance with IT monitoring infrastructures. Early career highlights include diverse ITIL Service Management projects and positions at ABN AMRO and Royal Bank of Scotland, as well as a background in Windows administration. Mark holds multiple certifications, including in ServiceNow and ITIL Service Management, and has completed relevant education in Python and the Scaled Agile Framework.
