Mark Thomas

Mark Thomas serves as the Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Operations Lead at ING since February 2020. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Special Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright from December 2017 to February 2020 and held various roles, including Special Counsel, Senior Associate, and Lawyer at Henry Davis York from August 2000 to December 2017. Mark gained additional experience as a secondee Counsel at Investec Australia, Macquarie Group, GE Real Estate, and as Manager at Commonwealth Bank. Mark's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Western Sydney.
