Markus Zink

Markus Zink is a Security Governance Expert at ING, where they focus on developing and overseeing internal control systems and operational risk management. With extensive experience, Markus has previously worked at LUFTHANSA AIRPLUS SERVICEKARTEN GMBH, where they established internal control systems, and at Slovak Telekom, where they ensured the quality of a 2nd Level Help Desk. Markus began their career as an IT System Kaufmann at Deutsche Telekom and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz. Additionally, they are a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Scrum Master, having led projects related to the Three Lines of Defense model and outsourcing management redesign.
