Martijn Aikema

Martijn Aikema is a Product Owner and Senior Customer Journey Expert focused on the mortgage sector at ING, where they oversee the entire customer journey and work on creating new processes. They have contributed significantly to developing solutions for customers experiencing payment issues, fostering positive relationships along the way. In addition to their role at ING, Martijn works as a freelance web designer at Wappdesign, developing websites and apps for various clients. Martijn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economy, and Law from Hanzehogeschool Groningen and has prior experience as a Junior Real Estate Agent and in Business Process Management.
