Martijn Feikens

Martijn Feikens possesses extensive experience in recruitment, learning operations, and human resources, currently serving as the Global Head of Recruitment and Learning Operations at ING. Previous roles include Global Head of Recruitment Services and Non-Financial Risk Manager. Martijn has also held positions as a Senior Management Consultant and Management Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, and as a Project Manager at Mediq. Additional HR expertise was gained through roles as an HR Consultant at Alliander and an HR Strategy Consultant at ProRail. Martijn holds dual Master's degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Groningen, completed between 2010 and 2014.
