Martin Kirch

Martin Kirch is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Senior HR Business Partner for CIO/TECH at ING, a position held since 2018. Previously, Martin held prominent HR roles such as Head of Human Resources at Bose GmbH and Senior HR Business Partner at Hyundai Motor Group. Martin's career began with roles in presentations and management at prestigious firms including Goldman Sachs & Deutsche Bank, and has also included leadership at EMBL as Head of Social and General Services. An alumnus of Freie Universität Berlin and Fachhochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, Martin holds a Master of Arts and a Master's in Business Administration, both completed with distinction.
