Martin Muellejans

Martin Muellejans possesses extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Lead for Automotive at ING since October 2018. In this role, Martin leads the global automotive franchise and is a member of the global Transport & Logistics Sector Management Team, focusing on German Corporates within the DAX and MDAX indices. Prior to joining ING, Martin held several key positions at BNP Paribas, including Director in Investment Banking Europe and Global Relationship Manager, with a focus on the same corporate sectors. Martin's career began at Kreissparkasse Köln after completing professional training as a Certified Banker, followed by roles in leveraged finance and corporate coverage at BNP Paribas Fortis. Martin holds a degree from the University of Cologne, completed between 2002 and 2007.
