Mathijs van der Kroon

Mathijs van der Kroon has extensive experience in IT service management and product ownership, primarily at ING since 2008. Currently serving as Service Manager Corporate Technology, Mathijs has previously held roles including Service Manager for ServiceNow and Scrum Master. Prior experience includes product ownership for workforce planning applications at ING and senior product management for workplace services, overseeing services across Europe. Mathijs also worked as IT Manager at Unibail-Rodamco Europe and as an ICT Management Consultant at LogicaCMG. Additionally, Mathijs has held positions in IT Asset Management and Change Service Management at ABN AMRO. Educational qualifications include a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) credential from ISACA and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
