Maxmillian Chen

Maxmillian Chen is currently the Talent and Learning Lead for the Americas at ING, where they lead the development and execution of talent development and learning strategies to enhance workforce capabilities. Previously, Maxmillian served as Assistant Vice President of Strategic DEI and Talent Management at Citi, providing guidance on talent management and diversity strategies. They have also held various roles at LG Electronics, where they coordinated talent management and learning initiatives. Maxmillian earned an MBA from Yonsei University and a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Oswego, along with completing courses at Cornell University.
