Mel Heutink

Mel Heutink is an experienced professional in Operational Risk Management at ING since 2010. Previously, Mel held several roles at TNT from 1998 to 2000, where they focused on operational processes and quality standards. Mel pursued an extensive educational path, earning a postgraduate degree in Management and Business from the University of Warwick and multiple qualifications in logistics and people management from various institutions, including Hogeschool van Amsterdam and Haarlem Business School.
