Merlin Majoor

Merlin Majoor possesses extensive experience in risk culture and ethics, currently serving as a Senior Expert in Risk Culture & Behavioral Risk at ING since December 2019, where responsibilities include leading the global Orange Code Decision Making tool and overseeing behavioral risk interventions. Prior roles at ING include Business Ethics Issue Manager and Senior Expert Culture & Ethics, where contributions focused on sustainability strategies and ethical policy development.
