Mert Özdal

Mert Özdal is a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt at ING, specializing in change management and global process management. They have held roles at ING since 2013, focusing on executing projects that enhance digital processes and set global standards within the organization. Mert previously worked as a Process Management and Business Development Consultant at Akbank from 2008 to 2012. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Sabancı University in 2007 after graduating from Galatasaray Lisesi in 2002.
