Michael Attard

Michael Attard is a Senior Data Scientist at ING, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. With a PhD in Astrophysics from The University of Western Ontario, Michael has extensive international experience, having worked in various roles, including post-doctoral researcher, engineering consultant, and data scientist at leading firms. Prior to ING, Michael contributed to fraud detection software at Sygno and developed data-focused solutions at Retailisation and LeasePlan Nederland. Their work centers on utilizing machine learning and data analysis to tackle complex problems in sectors like finance and retail.
