Michael Botha

Michael Botha is a senior project manager with over eight years of experience in regulatory compliance and financial crime. Currently employed at ING as a Senior Project Manager, they previously held positions at Westpac Group and EY, where they led key projects involving Basel III and various transformation initiatives. Michael's earlier experience includes directing internships at Social Innovation New Zealand, where they successfully launched career seminars and strengthened partnerships for student opportunities. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from The University of Auckland and an International Baccalaureate Diploma.
