Michael Francis is the Vice President and Solution Architect at ING, where they have worked since 2013, specializing in Wholesale Banking IT solutions. With over 22 years of experience, they have held various roles including Developer, Project Manager, and Business Analyst, contributing to multiple banking projects and processes such as product development, risk management, and regulatory reporting. Prior to ING, Michael served as a System Analyst at Maybank, focusing on the implementation and support of treasury systems. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Malaya, completed in 1994.
