Having lived and worked in India, Vietnam, Poland, France, Belgium, and The Netherlands, Michel played a significant role in ING's transformation into a mature agile delivery organization over the past decade. In their current position, Michel leads the transformation in learning and upskilling of ING's global workforce to fully leverage digitalization and AI. Michel is a certified facilitator by the Foundation for Natural Leadership and the Core Leadership Institute, with a leadership purpose focused on energizing people to achieve remarkable results.
