Michelle Falco

Michelle Falco is an HR Business Partner at ING, with a focus on Wholesale Banking in the U.S. since October 2022. Previously, Michelle held roles including Global Performance Manager and positions within the International Talent Programme in talent management and leadership. Prior experience includes HR Reward roles at Ahold Delhaize, internships in employment law at Stibbe, and project management at Enactus UvA. Michelle holds an Associate Diploma in People Management from CIPD, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Labour Law and Company Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Amsterdam, along with an Erasmus exchange experience at the University of Glasgow.
