Michiel Hörst

Michiel Hörst is a Senior Global Process Expert at ING, where they execute projects aimed at creating easy, uniform, and digital processes. Previously, Michiel served as a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt within ING, focusing on operational excellence and leading high-impact projects to improve customer experience. They also gained experience as an intern in operational excellence and held various consulting roles, including activity-based cost analysis and supply chain optimization. Michiel holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Technische Bedrijfskunde from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.
