Michiel Tukker is a Senior European Rates Strategist at ING, where they currently apply their quantitative mindset to tackle complex financial market challenges. Previously, Michiel served as a Quantitative Economist at De Nederlandsche Bank from 2020 to 2023 and as a Senior Economist at Oxford Economics from 2017 to 2019. Michiel also gained experience at the European Central Bank as a developer for an econometric forecasting tool and held an associate position at BlackRock in 2020. Michiel holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford, along with an International Bachelor in Economics and Business Economics from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, graduating Cum Laude.
